Learning to feel.

Life happens and I think. Sometimes I feel tired because I think too much. Today is a day, I feel because I think. It is important as humans we are in touch with our emotions. Despite how it makes you feel weak thinking about emotions. It makes you feel strong feeling and accepting them. Ironically this blog is called In Thought.

Important steps for feeling are,
Do not use the word that!
Do not project you reasons for feeling on anything or anyone.

Here is my feelings for today:
I feel mixed emotions
I feel bored
I feel confused
I feel Strong but soft
I feel overwhelmed
I feel anxious
I feel scared
I feel cautious
I feel my boundaries
I feel sad
I feel loss
I feel stagnant
Feeling stagnant makes me feel upset
I feel my own self love come back.
I feel worried
I feel tired.
I feel hope

I feel I have way too much going on in my head.
I feel so much better for writing these down and accepting my feelings
